What is the HI-HO Framework™?

HI-HO is an ethical framework for generative AI built on three moves — Human Input (HI), the generative dash, and Human Oversight (HO). Humans are aided, not replaced. Human dignity is the ultimate ethical standard.

Human Input

You encode intent: outcomes, audience, constraints, and the facts the AI cannot know on its own.

The AI iterates inside the frame you set — generating, comparing, compressing. It accelerates; it does not decide.

Human Oversight

A named, accountable human verifies, edits, and signs off before anything reaches a person or a record.
